Experienced applicants start with a base salary and top performers can earn an additional $60,000-100,000 in commission

Annual Compensation: $30,000.00 - $102,000.00+ per year
Salary Range: $30000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Call/Text/email leads and prospective customers. Answer incoming phone calls and return calls promptly.
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle identification number, driver's license and enter into insurance quoting platform
Present and explain insurance policy coverages and available discounts based upon client needs and available options.
Develop insurance quotes, present options to clients, and close sales.
RequirementsYou are required to have an active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license or a Texas Life & Health Insurance license. Exception may be made for exceptional candidates with expired license that is willing to study and retake the exam.
Minimum of 1 year prior insurance sales experience required. Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing may be considered.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
