Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by management.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities throughout the day.

Requirements

3+ year experience in sales and/or insurance
Must be willing to obtain or currently possess an AZ Property and Casualty License
Great Written/Verbal communication skills
Critical thinking
Microsoft Office Suite
