Job Description
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving new business, building strong client relationships, and offering tailored insurance products that meet our customers needs. This position is goal oriented, and you must be passionate about helping others understand the value of insurance protection. The position has a base salary of $35,000, but with commission for the right candidate would be closer to 75,000
Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Engage with perspective clients through inbound leads, outbound calls, networking and community events.
- Determine client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage continued business and referrals.
- P and C License preferred, but willing to train.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
