Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Requirements

Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Auto insurance and/or Homeowners insurance experience is preferred
Prior Allstate Experience is preferred
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Career minded vision.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Minimum 3-5 years prior successful sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
