Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance and financial product offerings.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations for life insurance, annuities, and other financial services.
- Guide clients through the application and onboarding process with clarity and support.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent effort and exceptional service.
- Active Michigan Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
