We're looking for our next standout Sales Representative to help expand our client base and deliver an exceptional new client experience. In this role, you'll use our proven sales process to connect with prospective clients, educate them on their insurance options, and build lasting relationships.

- Proactively identify and recruit new clients
- Guide clients through their insurance choices with clarity and confidence
- Leverage our established sales and service strategies to meet and exceed goals
- Proactively service and retain existing clients

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet daily sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling, cross selling, and generating referrals.
- Meet monthly sales targets using our proven service and sales system.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and prospecting records.
- Accurately prepare proposals and guide prospects and clients through their insurance choices.
- Adhere to carrier underwriting guidelines
- Effectively onboard new client households..
- Consistently service clients with our proven service system and accurately document service interactions.
- Recognize client shopping behaviors and implement retention systems.
- Professionally represent agency to prospects and our community.

- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a motivated individual.
