Responsibilities

Find and connect with new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Understand clients needs and recommend suitable insurance products (primarily personal lines home, auto, and life)
Explain policy options, benefits, and costs in clear terms.
Prepare quotes and help clients complete applications.
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and follows regulations.
Build lasting client relationships and encourage renewals or additional coverage.
Reach or exceed sales goals set by the company.
Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and policies.
Provide customer support and assist with claims when needed.
Work with underwriters and team members to manage policies smoothly.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

P&C or Life Licensed preferred, but willing to provide training
