Job Description

Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: On-site or Work from Home | Supporting Royal Palm Beach & Jupiter, FL Offices

License Required: Florida 220 Property & Casualty License or 4-40 License

Experience: 2+ years as a PNC Insurance Agent (Allstate Insurance is preferred but not required)

Base Salary up to: $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships through phone, email, and in-person contact
Educate clients on insurance options, recommend suitable coverage levels, and guide them through policy purchases or updates
Cross-sell and upsell within our existing client base
Process and service leads from internet and live transfer sources
Work as part of a collaborative team; communicate regularly with leadership, customer service, and sales support

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license is required.
Prior insurance experience, preferably in P&C (Allstate or equivalent environment preferred)
Proven track record (or strong potential) for sales and client retention
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self motivated, driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively
Comfortable working with technology, leads, and CRM tools
