Job Description

We are a growing insurance agency seeking a motivated, professional Sales Representative to help expand our Personal and Commercial Lines departments.

Starting pay: $20/hour+ (depending on experience and licensing)

Commission on policies written

Licensed candidates are strongly preferred and may qualify for higher starting compensation.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and transferred leads

Quote and bind personal lines (auto, home, umbrella)

Quote and bind commercial lines (small business, contractors, restaurants, etc.)

Follow up with prospects consistently

Conduct coverage reviews

Build and maintain client relationships

Work toward monthly production goals

You will receive support from:

Lead generation systems

Sales development staff

Customer service team

Structured processes and training

Requirements

Confident on the phone and in conversations

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Organized and disciplined with follow-up

Willingness to obtain insurance license (if not already licensed)

Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
