Salary Range: $90000.00 - $110000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely.
- Advise clients on the best coverage to meet their individual circumstances.
- Process new applications and manage client accounts.
- Provide ongoing support and service to existing clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
- A valid 2-20 Insurance License is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
