Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain client interactions to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Consultative Sales: Guide clients through the sales process with a focus on tailoring insurance plans to their needs.
  • Policy Management: Oversee and manage client policies, ensuring their satisfaction and retention by providing outstanding service.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional policies that benefit them.
  • Market Exploration: Stay abreast of industry trends to inform and educate clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing trust and loyalty to The Brad Tank Agency.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a comparable field is highly beneficial.
