Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain client interactions to understand their insurance requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Consultative Sales: Guide clients through the sales process with a focus on tailoring insurance plans to their needs.
- Policy Management: Oversee and manage client policies, ensuring their satisfaction and retention by providing outstanding service.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by recommending additional policies that benefit them.
- Market Exploration: Stay abreast of industry trends to inform and educate clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing trust and loyalty to The Brad Tank Agency.
- Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a comparable field is highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting customers' insurance needs with a friendly and positive approach.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
