As a trusted Allstate agency in Clinton, Mississippi, our mission is simple: help clients protect what theyve worked hard for while growing a high-performance, service-driven team. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Licensed Sales Professional who is ready to produce, grow, and make an impact.
Entry-Level candidates start at a $25,000 base salary and can make $30,000+ in commission during their first year, bringing total compensation to $55,000+. Experienced candidates start at a $30,000 base salary and make $40,000+ in commission bringing total compensation to $70,000.
Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will:
- Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, community engagement, and lead follow-up
- Quote and bind Home and Auto policies as well as many other products available through the Allstate network
- Proactively cross-sell Life insurance to existing and new clients
- Conduct coverage reviews to identify protection gaps
- Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
You will not simply sell policies you will position yourself as a trusted advisor who ensures families are properly protected.
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- 2 years of prior sales experience (Preferred)
- Life & Health License (Preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Self-starter who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Ability to confidently ask for the sale and close business
