Our expanding Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a motivated Sales Team Member to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses - giving you the opportunity to earn what you're truly worth while helping clients protect what matters most.
By following our proven systems, a sales agent should make 70k plus in their first year. And the best part? We provide the leads. No cold-calling a phone book - you'll have warm opportunities ready to go. We'll even help you get licensed if you're not already.
Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Connect with new and existing clients to help them find the right insurance coverage
- Build relationships and follow up like a pro
- Handle warm, company-provided leads - no need to build a book from scratch
- Stay sharp on product options and industry trends (we've got training for that)
- Hit your sales goals and cash in on commissions
What We're Looking For:
- Great communicator with a friendly, confident vibe
- Sales experience is awesome, but not a deal breaker
- Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
- Must be licensed in KS and MO - we'll help you get there!
