Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide expert guidance.

Plan Customization: Develop personalized insurance solutions that meet the individual requirements of each client.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current and accurate advice.

Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain clients by offering excellent service and addressing their evolving needs.

Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.

Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance sales license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the insurance industry.
