We are seeking a motivated Agent in Training who is eager to learn the insurance business with the long-term goal of agency ownership. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, high integrity, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally within a top-performing national agency.
Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced agents to learn insurance products and processes
- Participate in client conversations, policy reviews, and sales activities
- Learn how to analyze coverage needs and clearly explain recommendations
- Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims processing
- Gain exposure to agency operations and business development
- Positive personality and willingness to contribute to a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Honest, ethical, and values integrity
- Intrinsically motivated with a strong desire to succeed
