Requirements

Oregon Property & Casualty License (Preferred but not Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency in using agency management systems and standard office software.
