Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Allstate insurance products.
Clearly explain the benefits and features of various Allstate insurance policies.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Schedule follow-up appointments for licensed agents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

Previous telemarketing or sales experience (preferred).
