RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review patient facesheets and verify insurance coverage
Confirm eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements
Identify correct payer based on documentation
Enter accurate insurance information into the billing system
Communicate with hospitals, facilities, and insurance companies as needed
Support the billing team by ensuring clean claims and reducing denials

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience verifying health insurance required
Ability to read and interpret patient facesheets.
Knowledge of Commercial, Medicare, and Medi‑Cal plans
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
