Job Description
Intake Coordinator The MedServ Group Compensation: $19.00 per hour.Schedule: 1-2 days per week. Position Overview:As an Intake Coordinator at The MedServ Group, you will be responsible for managing patient engagement, scheduling virtual appointments, compiling patient information, and overseeing the nursing schedules within the company. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. Intake Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating confidential patient information which includes but is not limited to intake forms, patient medical history, insurance details etc.
- Coordinating telemedicine appointments between patients and practitioners across multiple states.
- Executing other clerical duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment (healthcare setting preferred).
- Familiarity with medical procedures and terminology is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and a proven ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Monday.com, and Practice Vision EMR preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hybrid Schedule: 9:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday). Working remotely on Fridays.
- Compensation: $19.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 1-2 days per week.
