This role gains exposure to market dynamics, carrier negotiation strategies, and tools used to deliver efficient solutions. This role learns about establishing a carrier base and attaining optimal margins while delivering best-in-class service execution.Job Description:

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program OR graduate degree program in good standing at an accredited college or university.Must be able to work 40 hours a week during the summer.Preferred Qualifications: Junior or Senior level preferredAbility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities and directivesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Willingness to work flexible hoursThis position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
