IDR is seeking an Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting state government systems, focusing on testing complex enterprise applications to ensure quality and functionality. It offers the chance to work in a vital public sector project, utilizing your QA expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.

Position Overview for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester:

Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for enhancements and maintenance releases across Maines Eligibility and Enrollment systems.
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and business requirements.
Create and maintain test data needed to validate application functionality.
Identify, document, track, and triage defects through resolution.
Collaborate with functional and development teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.

Requirements for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems.
Strong experience with functional testing of complex enterprise applications.
Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Experience creating and managing test data for functional validation.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA/testing methodologies.
