Intensive In Community Therapist (Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract)

Are you a dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Clear Conscience Couneling is seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive In Community Therapist to join our IIC team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services directly within the homes and communities of the families we serve, helping children ages 3-21 build resilience and thrive.

Job Summary

The Intensive In Community Therapist delivers individualized, home- and community-based clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practice, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes for youth and families.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings for children and adolescents ages 3-21
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinic

Active New Jersey licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT,LSW, LMFT-A or LAC
Provisionally licensed clinicians seeking supervision toward full licensure are also encouraged to apply
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
Demonstrated commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based clinical practice
Ability to travel to clients' homes and community locations within the service area
Strong understanding of child and family systems and developmental needs across ages 3-21

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience providing Intensive In Community (IIC) services or similar home-based therapeutic care
Experience working with children and families involved in child welfare, behavioral health, or juvenile justice systems
Familiarity with trauma-informed care models and crisis intervention techniques
Bilingual or multilingual abilities relevant to the communities served

Technical Skills

Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills grounded in evidence-based modalities
Effective verbal and written communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Time management and organizational skills to manage a home- and community-based caseload
Crisis de-escalation and safety planning competencies
