Griffin Hospital is a 160-bed acute care community hospital serving more than 100,000 residents of the Lower Naugatuck Valley Region is actively interviewing for a Psychiatrist, Outpatient Clinic and Intensive Outpatient programs, to join our outstanding organization. . Working in collaboration with the Chair of Psychiatric Services and the Director of Psychiatric Services, the Outpatient Psychiatrist will provide direct clinical services and clinical supervision in the Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic and the Intensive Outpatient Programs. The Outpatient Psychiatrist will organize and collaborate with all interdisciplinary behavioral services staff, to include RNs, APRNs, Licensed Social Workers, and Counselor and Front Office Support Staff.

  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Paid weekend coverage (crisis, inpatient and consultation)
  • Teaching medical students and residents
  • Must be board certified or eligible
