Project Manager
Our client is a well-established commercial construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Southeast. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, the business specializes in complex commercial interiors while also delivering select ground-up developments. With a strong pipeline of Class A office, healthcare, and higher education projects throughout Atlanta, the company offers the opportunity to work on high-profile assignments, build lasting client relationships, and grow your career within a stable and expanding organization.
Reporting to Senior Leadership, the Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, with a primary focus on interiors
- Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control processes
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, owners, and trade partners throughout delivery
- Drive project execution across Class A office, healthcare, and higher education sectors
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained on all projects
- Support business growth through strong client relationships and repeat business opportunities

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Strong experience delivering interior renovation and tenant improvement projects, with interiors representing the majority of your project portfolio
- Additional exposure to ground-up commercial construction
- Experience working on Class A office, healthcare, and/or higher education projects
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Strong knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Local knowledge of the Atlanta construction market preferred
