We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Schedule: Variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform decorative interior repairs including painting, surface prep, and sweep & fill
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to complete installations
Apply coatings, primers, adhesives, sealants, and specialty finishes
Troubleshoot and resolve non-standard or complex interior issues
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Operate mechanical lifts (ladders, snorkel lifts, etc.)
Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers
Requirements:
1+ year of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience with decorative finishes (paints, laminates, vinyl, plastics, etc.)
Experience with aircraft interior repair, adjustments, and installations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Experience with sanding, painting, laminates ("declam"), and cosmetic rework (color/texture matching)
Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
Ability to meet physical demands (lifting 10 35 lbs, climbing, bending, working in confined spaces)
Ability to work with chemicals using proper PPE
Must pass color vision screening (post-offer)
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of related experience
Aerospace manufacturing or military experience
Experience with aircraft cabin interiors (galleys, lavatories, seating, stowage, liners, etc.)
