Job Description
Timberhill Place is a 60-unit. Responsibilities:
- Assisted Living Community is seeking a Intermin Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for assisting in and delivering total maintenance for the building equipment and grounds, including the management of the building quality assurance program and fire system.
- Conducting regular inspections of the facility to detect and resolve problems.
- Promptly respond to apartment maintenance requests or repairs.
- Preparing vacant apartments for rental and the scheduling and oversite of contracted projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Assisted Living environment and knowledge of Residential Rules and Regulations is encouraged but not required.
- Willingness to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
