Job Description

We are looking for a passionate individual with some academic or professional background in Data analysis, engineering, or science. This internship would involve working closely with organization wide business and tech team as well as the larger Data team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements
  • Engage with source system tech teams to collect, curate data sets. Perform data transformations using SQL or Python as appropriate.
  • Get data validated with business teams through the project to collect and implement feedback; build a healthy backlog.
  • Understand our current Data & AI projects including LLM pipelines.

This role would require working with the following tools and services: AWS S3, AWS Glue, GitHub, and DBeaver.

Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent major.
  • Must be good at SQL and ideally Python as well.
  • Strong attention to detail, good work ethic, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Solve novel and complex business problems with high quality maintainable code.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What to Expect

  • We will be conducting interviews beginning in March
  • Our intention is to extend an offer for this opportunity by mid-April
  • Interns will join the team on May 18th and conclude their experience on August 7th

Work Location: This position will be Remote. Viable candidates will reside in the Eastern Standard Time zone so as to maintain a routine schedule of our core office hours (8:30A - 5:00P). Qualified candidates must have reliable internet service, professional discipline and have excellent time management skills.

  • ACR is committed to a total rewards compensation philosophy. ACR's goal is to pay competitively and equitably. Interns work a 32.5 hour work week remotely, from 5/18/26 - 8/7/26, with every Friday afternoon off! Depending on class level, a reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00.
