What You'll Do
Create and follow test scripts andrecordall positive and negative outcomesandresults from tests.
Monitors changes to ensure that processes, procedures, andiLotteryNew Hampshire gaming standards meet MUSL and Tri-State requirements.
Identifysystem errors and issuesandprovideor coordinatetechnicalassistancefor theappropriate troubleshootingneeds.
Formulateprocedures and controls to increase the efficiency of onlineiLotteryNew Hampshire gaming operations.
What We're Looking For
Mustbe at least 18 years old in your third or fourth year of undergraduate study.
Must be able to work part-time (max 37hrs/week), on-site internship in Bedford, New Hampshire.
Currently enrolled in a New Hampshire University or Technical College with coursework relevant to one of the available internship roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.
Interest in the gaming industry is preferred but not.
Engage incross-functional projects and present findings to leadership.
Attend skill-building sessions, executive networking events, and industry functions.

$13.30 - $24.70 per hourOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
