Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based credit hours completed toward degree.
Under immediate supervision, this position is responsible for assisting in various tasks as required in the Information Technology Division.

- Train and obtain current knowledge of technology and operational functions and procedures.
- Assist with and train in the installation or troubleshooting of software and hardware as needed.
- Assist with and support technology projects and their needed components.
- Assist with and support efforts to provide operational assistance to end-users in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist with and train in application development and workflow automation.
- Assist with and train in documenting business requirements and technology documentation.
- Perform a wide variety of tasks in a learning capacity.
Minimum Requirements
Education and experience: Student pursuing the educational equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field from an accredited college or university, completion of 30 college hours toward this degree, and a cumulative grade point average of 2.0.
Knowledge, skills and abilities: Must possess understanding of basic technology concepts and jargon. Must be customer-centric and enjoy working with others. Ability to multi-task and have good time management and organization skills. Ability to utilize office productivity software such as Microsoft Office. Good communication (oral and written) skills.
Working conditions: Occasional statewide travel.
Licenses, registrations and certifications: Valid driver’s license.
