Emplify Health is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Media Intern to support our team with employee badging and related media tasks.

This is a great opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare and media‑focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the creation, processing, and distribution of employee ID badges

• Photograph employees for badge production and ensure high‑quality image capture

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency

• Support the Medical Media team with special projects as needed

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to staff across the organization

What's in It for You?

• Flexible Schedule: Work 15-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am-3:00pm

• Duration: Ideally 6 months with the potential to extend up to 1 year.

• Ideal Start Date: Flexible - however, team is open to as early as March

• Location: Main Campus in La Crosse, WI

• Pay: Earn $16.20/hour

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Currently pursuing an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field

• Experience: Students with strong technical aptitude (media equipment, basic troubleshooting, or computer skills)

• Interest or experience in photography or digital image capture

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work both independently and collaboratively

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop
