Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing department with a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, event coordination, reporting, and other tasks as needed to support marketing campaigns. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment while developing essential skills in event management, data analysis, and marketing operations.Location- Work Environment: Innovative's Pittsburgh, PA, Headquarters Offices- Onsite 3 days per week; 24 - 30 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:- Assist with marketing events, including logistics, event list management, and other event support tasks.
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Help maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and project management tools.
- Assist in creating and updating reports to track marketing performance and event outcomes.
- Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and other communication channels as needed.
- Conduct research to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics to generate insights for the team.
- Collaborate with team members on various marketing projects and campaigns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of undergraduate work completed by the start of the Internship/Co-op a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (like Canva, Act-On, or social media management platforms) is a plus.
- Gain hands-on experience in a professional marketing environment.
