Summer Internship 2026 - Get hands on experience with a global company!

Klöckner Pentaplast is a global leader in the production of rigid plastic film solutions for primary packaging of pharmaceuticals, food, electronics, medical devices and consumer, as well as printing and specialty applications.

We manufacture the industry's broadest range of products and continuously develop new technologies, formulations, and solutions. For our locations in Rural Retreat, VA we are looking for passionate undergraduate students excited in joining the team for an internship. You have the chance to get practice in the following areas:

  • Maintenance

  • Mechanical & Electrical Application

  • R&D

  • Development work with Packaging Development and Testing

  • Development work with Designing prototypes

  • Developing new film formulations for enhancing performance in packaging applications

  • Analytical support for the R&D Lab

  • Polymer Processing- Extrusion

  • Polymer Processing- Lamination/ Coating

  • Supply Chain Management- Inventory Stock Specialist

  • Finance

  • Operations Controlling

  • Business Controlling/ Finance

  • Information Technology

  • Human Resources

  • Corporate Communications
