Intern - Product Marketing

We are looking for an execution-focused Product Marketing Intern, based in our New York City headquarters, to join our team. This role is designed for a builder who wants to gain hands-on experience curating content and executing high-impact marketing communications within a fast-paced B2B environment.

You will work closely with our Product Marketing team to ensure that our content is discoverable across internal and external channels, and that our internal teams are equipped with the highest quality, most up-to-date materials.

• This is a part-time (20 hours per week) internship, lasting approximately 3 months.*

Responsibilities

• Content Discovery & CMS Management: Support web tagging initiatives for Octus articles to improve site architecture. You will help curate, organize and externally publish Octus coverage that drives traffic, while assisting in building, QAing and publishing blog posts optimized for SEO and AI Optimization (AIO).
• Newsletter Operations: Assist in the build of our customer, cross-sell and prospecting newsletter programs.
• Event & Webinar Content Curation: Support presentation development, assist with quality control and help curate supplemental materials to enhance attendee or booth visitor experience.
• Sales Enablement: Help maintain the library of educational and sales presentations to ensure the global team is always using the most current assets. You will also assist in reporting on Product Marketing content usage by the Commercial Team, helping identify high-performing and low-performing content to enhance materials and overall content performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Some exposure to marketing, communications or related coursework or experience (internships, student organizations or class projects welcome)
• Familiarity with web CMS platforms or marketing tools is a plus; willingness to learn tools like Pardot or Pendo is more important than prior mastery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage organized libraries of information
• Comfort working with data and a curiosity to ask "what does good performance look like?" when reviewing metrics
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and a commitment to quality and brand standards
• Resourcefulness and curiosity: take the initiative to learn about Octus, how we serve our customers and how our customers use our products

Compensation

At Octus, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary estimate for this position is $22/hour.

The actual compensation will be at Octus' sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
