Job Description
Summer intern position would lead the following projects:
IT
- Validate and update IT asset inventory
- Audit and categorize surplus IT equipment
- Develop draft user documentation for common processes
- Perform wipe/reset process on returned computers to prepare the units for redeployment
HR
- Manage employee electronic files in the HRIS
- Maintain COBRA enrollments
Operations
- Launch asset tagging process
And possibly other projects that cross the boundaries of these departments.
The ideal candidate will be working toward a degree in business, operations, IT, or HR.
