What skills will you learn?

• Grow and build relationships with professional drivers
• Work in a team setting to find creative solutions to operational challenges
• Maintain, schedule and dispatching for drivers
• Learn different fleets to cover various Driver Manager desk functions
• Audit drivers pay requests and manage missing paperwork
• Assist in coaching drivers to develop skills and relationships
• Use your attention to detail and follow through to ensure our team is successfully meeting on time delivery.
• Navigate through multiple systems to keep operations running smoothly.
