ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at TelevisaUnivision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.  

Dates: June 8 to August 14, 2026

Hours: 40 hours a week 

Pay: $18 an hour

YOUR DAY TO DAY: 

• Assist in developing an employee resource hub on SharePoint, including organizing content and supporting overall site structure.
• Create engaging content for the Alumni Network, such as newsletters, infographics, podcast episodes, and other communications.
• Support the implementation of action plans resulting from Engagement Survey insights and recommendations.
• Support projects including Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Early Careers, Recognition and Learning initiatives.
• There will be a group innovation project assigned to all interns at the beginning of the program where you will be working cross functionally and present the ideas at the end of the program to an executive committee.

YOU HAVE:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, preferred.
• Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
• Recently graduated or expected graduation of summer 2026 or winter 2026.
• Strong communication, collaborative, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Sharepoint, preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
• Participation in prior internships, extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations, preferred.
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
