Internal Communications Business Partner, US Remote

The Vista Internal Communications and Culture team play a vital role in Vista's ongoing transformation journey. We help leaders communicate key strategic messages to the company, relating to business performance, customers, people and culture. We seek to engage and inspire our global audience through creative and high-impact storytelling, utilizing a variety of channels including digital and in-person live events, alongside async collaboration tools. What You Will Do

As a business partner and trusted advisor, you will work directly with two members of Vista's executive team to develop their executive and internal communications strategy. This role provides support to our two product development organizations, Engineering and Product Experience, which are responsible for developing our site experience. Your role will positively impact thousands of Vista team members by helping connect what they do every day to our company's ambition to be the leading destination for small businesses' custom print needs.

• Serve as a business partner to two Vista executives (both based East Coast, US) ensuring that communications are tailored to their unique voices, global audience, and business needs. You will sit on both the Product Experience and Engineering leadership teams

• Develop and implement executive and internal communication plans and strategies that support the business objectives of the executive leaders and their organizations

• Create engaging content for various internal communication channels, including blogs, emails, newsletters, live events (All team meetings etc.) and video

• Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve internal communication efforts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company

• Proactively surface opportunities for executives, with a need to be both planned and opportunistic in your outlook

• Available for international travel (approximately once per quarter, plus ad-hoc as needed) to our main locations in North America/Europe.

• 10+ years of experience in executive and internal communications, preferably in a tech/e-commerce company

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication and change management strategies in a complex organization

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to become a trusted advisor to senior executives

• Ability to act as thought partner to two different executives and adapt to their unique leadership styles, voices, and communications preferences, and reflect culture nuance in their respective orgs

• Confidence utilizing AI and automation tools to improve speed and quality of output, and willingness to experiment to automate workflows

• Basic video editing, Photoshop and other associated creative tools

Compensation:

US Target Hiring Range :$105,000.00 - $179,000.00 Per Year

Cimpress/Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy,

the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation across our multiple U.S. pay zones. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Cimpress/Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long-term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.
