  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to propose communications strategies and tactics that resonate with our employee audience

  • Oversee crisis internal communications strategies by preparing for and responding to internal issues, working closely with Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and the relevant leadership team to protect Cohere's internal culture and reputation

  • Partner with external communications and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency across internal and external channels

You may be a good fit if:

  • Have 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field - ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth tech or AI environment

  • Are an exceptional writer with a talent for distilling complex, cross-functional topics into simple, compelling narratives

  • Have experience serving as a communications business partner or trusted advisor to senior leaders, executives, and people/human resources teams

  • Bring high levels of creativity to communications - in format, channel, and storytelling
