Job Description

Match Group is currently searching for a highly motivated Internal Communications Manager who will work across the portfolio and with our Evergreen & Emerging (E&E) business unit to develop and drive integrated internal communication strategies in support of corporate and cultural goals.

Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Match, Match-Meetic, Hinge, PlentyOfFish, The League, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide. Creating a sense of belonging doesn't stop at our products - it's the foundation of every team we hire.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best products, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 3 days/week.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Own the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal communication initiatives designed to motivate and align employees with the group's vision, strategy, and culture.

  • Research, develop, write, edit, and track for approvals a wide range of internal and executive communications.

  • Content includes presentations, scripts (in-person and video), key messages, talking points, briefings, articles, summaries, thought leadership, and executive reports.

  • Act as a key contributor and/or owner of various internal communications activities (all hands meetings, etc), channel management, and support for assigned client groups.

  • Develop content that is clear, concise, and compelling for a diverse range of audiences and situations.

  • Write with the personality, tone, and voice specific to each group and/or executive.

  • Develop communications that are skillfully designed to educate and engage key stakeholders. Research and analyze all necessary information to reach company and department objectives; identify issues, interpret data, and solve problems.

  • Proactively provide counsel to leaders to inform/provide perspective on internal communication needs.

  • Participate in a positive and proactive manner on project teams to accomplish goals and communicate effectively with team members and clients with regular status updates.

  • Improve processes and procedures when appropriate to enhance workflow and service delivery.

We Could Be A Match If:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or equivalent work experience. Master's degree a plus.

  • You have minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible internal communications dedicated roles.

  • You have experience creating and managing a robust editorial calendar, and sourcing and developing stories from a wide range of contributors.

  • You are passionate about technology, curious, and are willing to experiment with new ways to reach our audiences.

  • You have experience executing work internationally and interacting with creative teams as well as highly technical teams.

  • You have exemplary time management and project management skills.

  • You are a detail-oriented problem solver who sweats the small stuff so your clients don't have to.

  • You have high productivity and are a high volume doer. You live in a world where getting the content right matters just as much as proactively meeting deadlines.

  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to define a strategy as well as inspire through influence as an independent contributor.

  • You are comfortable working onsite while partnering with colleagues across a globally distributed organization. You are able to work with flexibility across time zones to support key meetings, initiatives, and communications priorities.

$110,000 - $120,000 a year

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of Dallas, TX. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
