Internal Medicine PhysicianJoin an esteemed healthcare team at MultiCare Yakima Memorial as a full-time Internal Medicine physician dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care at our state-of-the-art IM clinic, MultiCare Memorial Cornerstone Medicine. This pivotal role offers an opportunity to work in a well-resourced environment with on-site laboratories, pharmacies, dietitians, and specialized programs, including GI and Endocrinology services housed within the same building. Be part of a professional setting that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and collaborative care, beginning ASAP after credentialing, with a scheduled start date of March 16, 2026.In this role, you'll enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, featuring patient-facing hours supplemented by in-basket message coverage. Manage approximately 16 patients daily, providing comprehensive medical attention and utilizing a dedicated team including an MA, four RNs, and on-site resources to support your practice. We prefer to hire one primary physician but are open to up to two providers, ensuring the best patient outcomes and workflow.Required Skills:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Proven clinical proficiency in outpatient care
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with chronic disease management, including diabetes and endocrinology
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Previous outpatient practice experience
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• At least 2 years of outpatient Internal Medicine experience
• Current state medical license and board certification or eligibility

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to cover in-basket messaging beyond patient appointments
• Ability to adapt to the clinic’s scheduling and resource utilization
• Compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Travel expenses reimbursed if applicable
