  • Shift: Day/Night shifts available, 8 or 12 hours
  • Hours per Week: Varies
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid LPN license required
  • Experience: Prior LTC or acute care preferred but not mandatory
Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay rate: $1.00/hour (note: rate appears preliminary; compensation discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide safe, effective nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents’ health status and report changes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care
  • Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations
  • Uphold patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
What You Need:
  • Current valid LPN license in Washington State
  • At least 1 year of applicable healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
