- Private non-profit community health center that serves the community by offering multiple health services such as medical, dental services for adults/ children, behavioral health, and psychiatric services at multiple locations
- Beautiful federally qualified health center that has been around for over 20 years and is still expanding with new locations every year.
- Focus on a holistic approach to patient care by incorporating behavioral health, pharmacy, and nutrition support to serve patients in the most meaningful way

- 3 locations
- $180k base salary average
- 100% employer covered medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD/STD and 401k with match
- Excellent PTO and paid holidays off, malpractice with tail coverage
- CME reimbursement and CME days off, annual fee stipend
- relocation assistance, student loan repayment
- Provides direct patient care within the scope of primary care medicine in an outpatient setting
- Effectively utilizes team based care model, leveraging expertise of all members of multi-disciplinary team
- 14 patients per day
- 3 FM and 3 NP team
- minimal phone call
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor or Doctor Osteopathy
- Active OR license is preferred but not needed
