Internal Medicine Physician – Tryon Medical | Charlotte, NC

About Tryon Medical:Tryon Medical is a physician-led, patient-focused practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care. We prioritize collaboration, innovation, and a supportive environment where providers can thrive both professionally and personally. Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Charlotte, NC practice.

Position Overview:As an Internal Medicine Physician at Tryon Medical, you will provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and support staff in a state-of-the-art clinical environment. This role offers professional growth opportunities while supporting a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, education, or clinical research as desired
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records according to clinical standards

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
