Credentialing: 90 days; emergency privileges available for clean files

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: BC in EM (ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM)
Certifications: ACLS, PALS
Licensure: NM license, CSR, and DEA with NM address
