What does an Internal Tradesman with Paul Davis do?

Internal Trades work directly within our Paul Davis Reconstruction team to repair damage to residential and commercial property. We are looking for an Internal Trades with comprehensive experience in residential remodeling and construction. Must be knowledgeable in a wide range of repairs to include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall etc. You must be focused on delivering high-quality results while prioritizing safety and efficiency. Passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing positively to our team dynamics.

Team Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay range $19 - $24 based on skill and experience.
• Opportunity for 40+ hour work weeks

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Proficient in drywall and drywall repair
• Proficient in installation of LVP and laminate flooring
• Basic trim finish carpentry skills
• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools
• Conversant in English (ability to understand work orders and effectively communicate with homeowners and team members)
• Clean criminal background check is required
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of framing and basic construction is desired
• Self-motivated, able to work independently (this position is not part of a crew)
• Experience with carpet installation and stretching desired
• Experience with exterior construction (siding installation and repair, roof repair) desired
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
