International Accounting Manager

We are looking for an International Accounting Manager to oversee our global accounting operations and uphold the accuracy and reliability of financial reports across all international branches. This position is vital to our continued global growth and helps ensure we meet international accounting standards. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, demonstrated leadership skills, and experience thriving in fast-paced, multinational settings. 

You will: 

• Oversee international accounting, ensuring accurate and consistent financial processes. 
• Manage close cycles for timely reporting. 
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local regulations. 
• Coordinate audits and filings across jurisdictions. 
• Maintain global policies and internal controls. 
• Review foreign currency transactions and manages FX risk. 
• Support tax planning and intercompany transactions. 
• Partner with FP&A, tax, treasury, and legal teams. 
• Supervise and develop regional accounting staff. 
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system upgrades. 
• Prepare financial and variance analysis to inform business decisions. 
• Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. 

You have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required. 
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred. 
• Multinational organization experience with cross-border operations required. 
• Strong IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting knowledge necessary. 
• Proven analytical, communication, and leadership skills essential. 
• Foreign currency accounting and consolidation experience. 
• Global process standardization or shared services background is a plus. 
• Familiarity with international tax and transfer pricing. 
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-growth environment highly valued.
