Job Description

About the Role

The International Marketing Host will be responsible for developing and maintaining a friendly and focused rapport with premium international customers through personal contact to increase player worth.

Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating gaming revenue through direct mail, telemarketing and networking with new, inactive and existing customersArrange and attend on and off-site player events
  • Ensure the protection of customer’s rewards and credit lines Comply with all New Jersey regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Ocean Casino Resort trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential informationEssential FunctionsExposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
  • Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areasMust be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lb

    Requirements

    • College Degree preferred with an emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred
    • Five years Casino Operations, Marketing, or Sales experience required
    • Advanced customer service and problem solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and sales skills required
    • Computer related experience desired including AS400, CMS, and/or ACSC systems
    • Ability to independently maintain high levels of productivity
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English

    • Our cash compensation amount for this role is $40,500 to $52,600 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
