This is much more than answering phones or responding to emails. You'll become the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them begin their vehicle-buying journey while also reconnecting with existing customers to explore upgrade opportunities, lease maturities, trade-in values, and current Toyota offers.

What You'll Do

As an Internet Sales & Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a vital role in generating appointments, supporting our sales team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, chats, and email inquiries
  • Build relationships with prospective customers by answering questions and guiding them through the beginning of the buying process
  • Proactively contact existing customers regarding vehicle upgrade opportunities, lease maturities, trade-in values, service retention, and current Toyota incentives
  • Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing, leasing, or learning more about their options
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through showroom visit
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes
  • Meet individual performance goals while contributing to the overall success of the team

What We're Looking For

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with a professional and outgoing personality
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and chat
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal-oriented with a desire to learn, improve, and succeed
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, inside sales, appointment setting, or automotive experience is a plus—but not required
  • Valid driver's license

Compensation

$45,000–$65,000+ annually

Work Location

This position supports both Ardmore Toyota and Central City Toyota. While your primary office will be our centralized Business Development Center located at Ardmore Toyota, you will occasionally work from our Central City Toyota location to collaborate with the sales team and support dealership initiatives.
