Job Title: Internet/Web Engineer – Consultant (13252)Location: Cayce, SC 29033Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite per weekCandidate Location:Must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident. No relocation allowed.Duration: 12 MonthsInterview: 1 Round – Virtual or OnsitePosition Overview: Consultant to support its Microsoft Office 365 Government G5 environment, with a strong focus on SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, security, and public-health system architecture.The consultant will develop, configure, maintain, and support SharePoint sites, forms, workflows, permissions, and related Microsoft 365 solutions. The role also supports cloud-centric solutions and security practices including Zero Trust, role-based access controls, secure configurations, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, modify, and deploy Office 365 SharePoint sites, forms, and workflows.
• Administer SharePoint sites/sub-sites, permissions, security, layouts, content, quotas, and configurations.
• Support Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Provide SharePoint end-user support and ongoing maintenance.
• Deploy custom and third-party SharePoint solution packages.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and system designs.
• Assist with security policies involving NIST 800-53, FISMA, data confidentiality, risk management, and SC InfoSec requirements.
• Work with the M365 Solutions Manager, customers, and SMEs during solution design, testing, and implementation.

• 6+ years – Security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS
• 3+ years – Designing and implementing state-level Public Health system architectures
• 6+ years – Microsoft Active Directory
• 6+ years – Azure Power Platform, Power BI, PowerApps
• 6+ years – PowerShell scripting
• 6+ years – CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, RSS

Preferred Skill

• O365 Power BI

EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
