Education Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in educational or related fields, with relevant degrees or equivalents. Certifications Requirements: Prior certification requirements are not specified, but must meet basic state and school district requirements. Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience, preferably in intervention or co-teaching roles, with skills in pushing in and pulling out students for small group instruction. Other Requirements: Ability to work 37.5 hours per week during school hours, with skills in collaborating with small groups, and a background suitable for working within a school environment.
